This leash is the perfect leash for river surfing. Basically no drag. I fitted a magnetic closure for the cases when my board is caught in the backflow.
You almost don't feel it and when putted into stress it doesn't pull it with you hurting your knee/ankle. Also it doesn't put himself in-between your legs while surfing. I really like it and I will get anotherone.
